Mixes
Ready, Set, Roast!
Garlic, Aleppo pepper, and plenty of whole herbs – I have yet to find a cut of pork this doesn’t go well with! This mix goes really well with any moderately fatty roasted meat. Use at least 1 tsp per pound of meat, I recommend heavily coating the outside of the roast and searing in a hot pan before baking for a fantastic crust.

Smoky, Spicy, Savory
This mix is the base of my spicy skillet mac and cheese featuring chipotle meco and Aleppo pepper. It’s also delicious as a base for a barbeque rub or sprinkled onto grilled sausages or kebab. Use approximately 1/2 tbsp per pound of meat.

Chicken a la Monde
For those that want a milder rub that still packs a lot of flavor – this one’s for you. This mix has flavors that feel a bit Middle Eastern, a bit South American but completely at home in your kitchen. Use 1 tbsp mix per pound of meat. If you want additional salt, start with 1 1/2 tbsp for the whole bird.

Fajita Fiesta
When you just want to eat tacos with no frills, this is the mix for you. It’s smoky, earthy, and makes dinner deliciously saucy. Use 1 tbsp with 1/2 to 1 cup water or stock per pound of meat for delicious, saucy tacos. Uses corn starch for thickening.
